I like the deformation approach to the ingot! The timing goes quick, and the shapes are a bit unforgiving, but overall I like the concept. I really loved the smashing the game over screen at the end! Nice touch. Well done!
I like the idea but as said, the execution could be a little bit more forgiving. Also unsure how to get a new piece of steel?
You have to holster the hammer to access the "send" and "discard" buttons.
Thank you very much for your comment!
Thanks for the submission. I liked your originality around using the theme. Some of the characters who showed up to the shop were also quite a surprise.
I was quite frustrated when I started playing, because it wasn't necessarily obvious what to do without reading the instructions in the description. I think some thought around the learning curve would be great to help polish this. I also think it would be great to have some indication (tick marks) that could guide the player in what the perfect shape is (outside of just looking and hoping).
This really nails the theme and the gameplay mechanic is very unique. Giving the player a little more time to "hammer" things out might have been a good idea. Also a how to play page would be great!
Very cool concept but the it is very unforgiving. Also once I trashed my steel I never got a new piece to use. This is a very original take on the theme!
