Thanks for the submission! I like the artwork a lot, both the smith and the dogs, and I really really liked the music. It was a bit hard to tell how well I was doing, so maybe some bigger indication (a hit animation?) would help telegraph that to the user.

I liked the artwork. Isometric view is always a challenge, so nice job putting that all together. I felt kind of a spleef feel, but didn’t really feel threat as I could just walk over the lava pits, and the hounds didn’t seem to do any damage. Ended up getting stuck in an area where I couldn’t move and they couldn’t reach me. Would love to see how you take this further!

Nice looking hounds! Also liked the lava coming up at the start! I got stuck on the edge while jumping,  dogs kept jumping me, difficult to see when the game is over.

The sprite work is pretty good between both the fire/lava and characters! I agree with Londolan on the jump animation needing to be a bit different from the others, it was a little difficult to catch it while dodging around the hounds. It might also help to flash the player when damaged, as I didn't realize I was taking damage kiting around the flame squares. Overall, it's a promising start to a wave-based survival game!

Graphics are awesome, though the jump animation could be more distinct from the idle/walking animation. Pretty straightforward to get into. Suggestion: add sound FX to jumping and receiving damage. Maybe also to the lava hounds. I had to restart the web page after death, or did I miss a restart mechanic in the game?
