I found controlling pretty impossible. I was able to click on the pan, and I think I spawned a pancake but couldn't catch it, and then pressing shift again didn't seem to do anything, and then my camera just got stuck staring at the ceiling. I liked the idea of stacking pancakes, but needs some refinement on the controls
