Funny game, art is great and gameplay is fun but a bit repetitive
The controls felt nice and the theme was incorporated properly. I'd say the rooms lack variety but it's a job well done overall.

It's perturbing when the ennemy spawn after entering a room, exept that I really like the way the character movement feel
Definitely should have added some markers where enemies were going to spawn with a delay. Im glad you enjoyed the character movement!
I rally liked the game concept, the player movement felt smooth and the theme was well implemented. The only thing that i think is missing from a gameplay perspective, is a health-bar. All the time you are getting shot, you don't know how much health was taken or huw much is left. And then suddenly without knowing, you're dead. Maybe if you could add a health bar, things would become much clearer. But that's only in my opinion

Overall a solid game. The difficulty seemed just right to motivate me until I won. I love that healing items don't despawn, that way I got to decide when it's worth it to use right now or later (and it tested my spatial memory). The rooms themselves could have more variety in them, whether it be enemy or layout. I ended up just circling the room every time, which still left good difficulty, but not strategy.

I enjoyed playing it, it was very clear, and the controls were great. The game made excellent use of the theme, but it could've been even better with the addition of little things like screen shake or spawn indicators.
I completely agree! There was so much I wanted to do, so many lessons learned for next time!
I really like the art and the controls are good, but the enemies kept spawning on top of me.
Thank you! Yes I believe thats because they are randomly choosing a spot, would probably benefit from choosing spots away from the player.

Nice game! It would be nice to just hold down the fire button and not click it continuously in order to fire. Also if you have to try to beat a room as fast as possible, there could be some sort of a reward or bonus for it. But still good job.
I believe I wanted it to be like a semi auto fire so when going through the timer you actually had to race to get the bullets out, but looking back Icame up with a few ideas that could make that feel better, I also think a reward / boost would be better for beating enemies before the time rather then a fail. Anyways thank you for checking it out!
