Description
So i didn't had any direct inspirations, some ideas came to mind and i just had fun doing it. As in the discription of the project, i made thinking about a temple, but it also fits the theme.

Very peaceful beginning, I love it!

Brilliant beginning, with its minimalistic and emotional usage of wind and mallets, with slowly appearance of the string synths with the just amount of tension. The sound palette was very interesting, and I loved that kind of vocal synth you used for the bass. As a critique, I would like for the kick in the bridge to have more punch, and maybe automate a bit the choir or layer it with other sounds to make it feel more organic. I liked very much the reprise of the mallets at the end , and in general all the melodic qualities of the piece, moving but not too direct as to not be distracting. And I am going back to listen to the beginning of the track now, because I really think you nailed it. Good job!

Just very calm and maybe capturing the sadness of abandoned culture.  The rest of us were talking a line on Discord about more of a suspense track but that was us just off on a noodle and not binding on the jam's assignment in any way.

So, this is really nicely built.  Good job.

Well, I saw the theme and I was trying to create the music thinking as if it were for a game. Then I remembered some musics from Breath of the Wild, which slowly creates the atmosphere, or like in Minecraft, where the music plays after a while in the biome. Listening again i realy got the mix a bit off, but it happens.

I really love the bells and the overall chillness of this track. I think you nailed the idea of something being lost/forgotten.

Really awesome start on the atmosphere/mood.

I think the mix sounds a little compressed and not like it's occupying space. There are methods of doing this that aren't expensive or super difficult, but it can be a bit tricky. Main rules:

Near = drier, more delay on the reverb, far=wetter, less delay on the reverb.

Then mix with panning, L/R. I actually used DearVR Micro since it's a free plugin to place things in space for mine, which I really like for that added realism.

Yeah, I'm still not very good at mixing, but thanks for the tips and I'm glad you liked it.
