This game looked interesting but unfortunately I was unable to get it to move beyond the opening screen. I tried it on both chrome and firefox but it just refused to move past that screen, idk if it was just me or an issue with my browser.
Ah, sorry to hear that. Umm so for me it works fine on Chrome. Did you click 'Play' on the opening screen? Apparently there's a resizing issue so perhaps 'Play' is obscured if you're not using a monitor?
I like the atmosphere, it has a spooky vibe to it, and I'm always down for escape games. Only issue is that I ended up getting the password but the door didn't do anything when I wrote it (maybe I was doing it wrong). Anyway, great job!
Thanks!! Hmm it should finish as soon as you write the final password (case-sensitive), but if it didnt, it could be a bug
I really like the design of the room. Unfortunately, the game does not resize gracefully with the size of the window so part of the game is cut out on the bottom. Also I don't understand how the books work: I type the number of the page and press enter but that makes me put the book down.
Ah, thanks for the feedback about the resizing issue, ill need to test that out nex time. So as soon as you enter the correct page number, you should find the next clue, no need to press Enter.
Cool idea, fits the theme well. Controls were a bit clunky, but I see that you said you didn't get time to sort out mouse controls! It happens.
thanks!
This game looks awesome sadly i cant find out the second clue too as a few others here. But i can see that there was put a lot of time in this entry and that there is a lot of quality in your game.
Thank you! I was really happy how the game turned out but based on feedback, the second clue was ill judged.
*cough* look above the bed *cough*
Thank you for your tipp now i was able to beat it. As i think about it the hint in the book was perfect to find it i dont know why my brain couldnt find it out by itself. Thanks for helping :)
Nice work! great graphics, really brough me back to older 3d games i played as a kid. But I also didn't really get the second clue
Thanks - so happy you enjoyed it. Ah, it seems the second clue is just too difficult.

Cool game, I really like how everything is fading out if you get further away. Adds a lot to the atmosphere.
thanks!
I really liked the graphics and the atmosphere ! However the controls seemed a bit slow, using the arrows to turn around like the classic doom is bit clunky . Also i had a really hard time finishing it, so it's a very challenging escape room game, which is great, and i love escape room games :) Anways, great job ;)
Hey, thanks for the kind comments! Yeah, using arrow keys was a last resort because I couldnt get the mouse to work smoothly. Glad you enjoyed it :)
I liked the atmosphere of the room, but I also couldn't get through
thanks for playing :)
vary hard i do not get the scond clue tho
sorry you found it so hard :( in hindsight the second clue could have been more clear
ok, but game is still fun
