Enjoyed it a lot, really liked the portraits and dialogues! A nice approach to the theme! But must say that it took me some time to figure out the desk task. Aside from that a really polished and a great looking game!

Very charming work, I really like the art and the concepts behind everything ^^

Haha, based on real-life events. I can relate.  Anyway, this game has a really fun idea. However, the table task was a little unclear that the chair is separate from the desk. I needed to read the comments to get it. Also when I accidentally moved the table to the most top, I tried to push it back down from beside the pot, but It doesn't work. Anyway, it's still a good game!

Really great concept, and the art is fantastic. Beautiful game. Excellent work! :)

I really liked this game. I think the only thing I can think of at the moment that would be nice to add is just more juice and polish. Like making the impacts/interactions feel more impactful :P. But that's only really if you wanted to work on it further after the jam as you can only really do so much in the limited time.

At the end I felt like I wanted more, which is a good thing! I was kind of hoping after getting into the elevator there would be a second phase, perhaps the boss comes out to say "oh no you're still not done!" and then you have some kind of final "boss" fight before you can actually go haha.

Nice job!

Those are great ideas! Thanks for the feedback!

Looked pretty. Wish the mechanics were more clear and enjoyable. Overall good work!

I absolutely love this game! I would love to actually see a full game made from this with the girl trying to leave her job. The text could be slowed down a bit, but overall it felt very intuitive and was forgiving if you messed up! Great job

Developer

Thank you so much! <3

This one's hectic! I can see this being expanded in the future with additional tasks, maybe overlap between the tasks if the boss gets overly annoyed? Organizing desks while hurling coffee at interns, stuff like that.

The narrative is simple, charming, and relatable. I especially loved the character portraits, they were expressive and well made. The SFX for the text crawl could be brought down a bit, it's quite loud compared to the rest of the game's audio.

One thing I'd like to see improved is the discernability of successful actions.  For instance, I failed the printer minigame several times, as I wasn't sure if I was successfully hitting the green bar on time: there was very little feedback on whether I was on the right track.

Simple fixes and improvements and you could have a very replayable game on your hands! Great work all around!

Good graphics and nice music I did struggle at the table task a bit since I didnt knew the chair was not belonging to the desk

Developer

Thank you! Yeah the desk mini-game could be more intuitive

Really fun idea! I love the mix of mini-games, the story-telling is fun, the sprite-work is great! Took me a few attempts to move the office furniture because I kept getting it stuck, but the other tasks were great.

Thank you! :)

Developer

Thanks! :)

It was a fun game, but I feel that it could be a little more chaotic, you could put lesser time but save the progress of the tasks, but overall it was neat. It was intuitive and remembered me a little bit of Wario games.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I agree making it more chaotic would be fun!

It is a clever take on the Jam Theme and it is a fun comment in present day work environment. I feel it could be longer, but due to the time limit in the competition I understand the game lenght. Great work, I'll be looking foward for both of you!

Developer

Wow thank you so much! <3
