yeah ok this made me laugh
Supreme Sanguinous Birth Cart
This is funny
Love the track design, huge, twisting, and tons of details. At one point a ramp threw me off the track but it only made the comeback and victory sweeter!
Never expected such a mashup, but it somehow perfectly captures the atmosphere from both of the source material. One big improvement over supra mayro kratt is that I actually knew where I was supposed to go on the track and I never got soft-locked (though I miss the voice-lines!) and I liked the roster (my main is the Cage). Impeccable work.
Love the shitpost-y vibe of this, and it's surprisingly pretty fun! Love that Doug Dimmadome made an appearance as a playable character, but was also sad to see Tom Morello not credited for his contributions on the guitar track :/
You've got a great baseline if you ever wanted to build off this and turn it into a proper racer! I like how the map reminds me of Hogwarts in some ways.
I agree with VCDGamer on the brakes. Aside from that the controls were very nice!
As a suggestion, you should try adding some stuff to the environment to better tell the player where/when they need to turn as some turns were not very clear.
The visuals though were very great!
Wow, this is a whole fresh take on the go-karting genre, the tracks, felt so random, yet easy to understand and pull through. It was like driving through wonderland, only for a brief moment.
Now for the gameplay feedback, I realized pressing the brakes stops the kart instantly. I feel it would be more fun to make it more of a gradual deceleration in order for racers to get that nice drift.
Overall, a good and inspired driving experience. Well done!
