I really very much got hooked into this game. It kinda hits that "number go up" part of my smooth brain, and alongside the introductory text cutscene building a story, the super smooth character animations, and the music, I was very ready to get cozy, break walls, and make the number go up! I very much dig the active-incremental game concept here, great stuff!
I enjoyed the music a lot. I think the idea here is great and could have a mass factory type game in short order. The graphics were great and the movement was smooth. I do think the ramp up needs something early on to give a progression to automation a little bit sooner to keep the player engaged when moving diamonds by hand.
I quite enjoyed the game, it did get very repetitive, but I think with more upgrades it can be quite interesting. I was sad when I hit a bug at the max being 100. I got about 40-ish extractors and conveyor belts in before breaking the wall cost more than my max haha.
Great game, enjoyed the music and the controls worked well.
As people have already said, struggled with the grinding.
If the diamonds produced money a little faster it would help.
Kind of felt like there was not much strategy other than place a lot of converters and extractors and wait.
I enjoyed it none the less and would definitely be back to play a future version.
Well done.
Nice work! I'm not very good at these types of grindy games, so maybe there's some tricks or intuitive things I was missing. Looked and sounded good, controls were smooth. Being honest though it took me a while to get anywhere and eventually became too expensive to mine so a lot of time was spent waiting on the cash ticking up. I had 30 extractor/conveyor/converters at one point but still felt hard to do more. Would love to see better balancing on the cost to mine. Nicely done :)
