The art style and music was cute and fun.

I would love to see this extended with more enemies and powerups.

Nice work!.

I really love the sprites, and the music had a fun arcade-ey feel!

The artwork is awesome in this one. It's hilarious to have projectile goldfish crackers shot by a cat in a mech. I started spamming the fish out of my barrel and perhaps preemptively destroyed spawning enemies, which led to a quiet world. Which seems like exactly what a cat would want. But then I really understood what cats are about from this game, and realized that the world was dull without others to antagonize; now I would lay off of the cracker hurling just to let some baddies spawn  back into a tormentable proximity. Nice work!

it is VERY pretty ^^

installs/runs via itch io app, which is convenient for non web.

It looks so good, you should have recorded a quick video with OBS, and put it on your submission page!

It is very little effort to do,  and a good incentive to try a non web game.

I liked the graphics and the cat shooting gold fish was funny, though admittedly the gameplay was a little bit thin.

It would've been nice if there was some win or end condition, unless I just didn't play long enough it seemingly just loops.

I also encountered a bit of a quirk where I was able to get behind the enemies, I'm assuming that's unintentional.

For what's there though the art is great and the sound effects and music work well. Good job!

Aw tysm. It def was lacking in gameplay school got a little hectic so it was tough finding time to work on it. We def plan on messing with it more once the semester ends, we def just wanted to at least get a submission in. It was definitely a cool learning experience and def excited to make something better for the next one.
