Very smooth controls. You could have made the platforming a little more gnarly — like having to jump on the bat to reach places usually unreachable .

Thanks for the gnarly idea. I like it!

I had fun to play and go through the levels :p The levels are well made. A good job in 48h !

Nice game that fits the theme.  It's a simple platformer with a lot of polish, I like the signs and level design.  I found it hard to stay interested in the game and did not finish it, made it to the snowy area.

Developer

The snowy area is about three-quarters through the number of levels I was able to make for the jam, so you saw most of it.  Thanks for playing and commenting.

Fun little platformer.
I just think it takes a little too long to reach 4 hearts.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the comment! I think I will add a difficulty mechanic that changes the amount of "mojo" needed to gain a heart.  And maybe a save feature.

Very hard

Thanks for playing! Yes, it is hard, but glad you found it enjoyable,

Awesome game super polished. But man this is hard. I got to frustrated and sadly did not finish the 4 hearts. Still the idea of health as currency and vigor for the character is smart.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the comment! The game is harder than I thought it would  be. I also  got frustrated playing it, but eventually beat it. I wanted to be sure it was possible! I like your phrase "health as currency."
