Did you work in a team?
I worked by myself, and I made all the music, art, animations, and did all the coding myself! All of this jam was done by me! :D Thanks for checking it out, I had a lot of fun doing it!

Was the resolution a challenge?
The challenges I came across were the scaling within Unity (the game engine I used), and I think I mostly overcame them, but that is the reason for the prompt to go fullscreen otherwise it goes all wacko lol

What did you learn?
Mostly just how to make low rez games! I had a lot of fun doing it and I really like the art style, so I might look into it a bit more for future projects! Thanks all! :D

Graphically the game is very attractive, and the music is very cool. The only problem I had with graphics was the screen shake, which made my eyes hurt.

I also like flying around; it's fun, and that's important for a game like this.

This is a wonderful game! Simple to understand, with some great visuals, and a fun little tune playing over it all! Great work!!

This game is gorgeous. The explosion particles, the trails, the soft lighting... ah, it's so good. Intuitive, too. I like to just hit "play" and only look at the controls if I can't figure them out, but this one I was able to pick up right away. Side note: It is so satisfying to take out a cluster of enemies with a bomb, with all the particles and colors and lights flying everywhere. Ah, yes, I'll have more of that please!

I fought against jagged camera movement when the player moves diagonally in my own game, and a "floaty" UI when the player moves, so I feel your pain there. I used a different engine (Godot), so I guess some low-rez issues are truly universal.

You should take the sarcasm-quotes off of "game", because you've made quite a nice little game!

Smooth graphics and gameplay, the art style its very good for that resolution.
Maybe adding a mechanic to go through levels/maps improves the engagement.

This kind of game was not built to handle such a slow resolution, there was a lot of flickering both from the lighting and the blocks moving around on screen. Still a fairly straightfoward twin-stick shooter.

Really pretty game! The particles and light effects are great in this context.

Game was fun to play as well!
