Did you work in a team?
I was all alone, it was funny cause I got to make everything such as code, level design, sprite art, music, etc... :D
Was the resolution a challenge?
Yea finding a game idea that would fit such a small space was hard and I had to scrap many ideas, but in the end I guess I found something that worked well enough.
What did you learn?
It was nice having to come up with solutions for such a small space, I think it in particular improved my way of spriting pixel art.

Really great entry. Gorgeous pixel art. Great use of visuals to convey game state - e.g., being targeted, wall sliding, taking damage, dying. Insane degree of polish on a jam game.
The presentation in this is top notch. I love all the sound effects, so much personality. The movement of the bird felt nice and I appreciated all the sublte details like the little animations on the character and the scene transitions etc. The only thing I'd complain about is that the camera movement seems a bit over the top when you're jumping. Really great game though, big respect :)
Great polish, awesome visuals and sound. I find it moves really fast and I can't react in time and die, which is frustrating though.
Flashy and fun. Some of the platforming sections can be a touch tight, but the game allows you to bounce back if you play well. Good graphics that perfectly stick with the resolution. Music is a masterclass within the jam and the medium as a whole.
It's an incredibly fun game. I loved all of the animations, art, sound effects.
this is incredibly polished, good job! love the “BIRDMO” soundbite in the title screen.
The platforming is so much fun with great art and sound design to support it. I really want a full release.
Holy crap the juice on your entry is INSANE, from literally the first screen, from the octopus and the fade transition to the white silhouetted death screen, it's nuts how much polished effects you fit into this entry, even the score counting up haha.
The movement feels great, and I like that it's procgen (Looks like its randomly arranged premade sections?) which shakes stuff up, the swining vines were an nice tough.
The only feedback I would have, and I really had to think of something lol, is that the wall jumping is a bit strict, there seems to be coyote time on those wall jumps so you could switch directions before or after hitting the jump but for some reason I often failed the wall jumps. I'm also a bit of a boomer and found it quite hard, but that's mostly the fault of the screen res constraints, if I had a bit more space to see things coming I wouldn't have a problem.
good game oroshibu
thank you i made that
