Edit: Just remembered. I think that there's a bug with the steak? That when you eat it, I could no longer catch any of the fish. I ended up having to restart. >:

Fun idle game. Played for longer than I would like to admit, and only stopped because I got soft locked when the cat stopped being able to grab fish. (If there was a mechanical reason for this, it eluded me.)
"*Grabs*" text appears and there's an audio cue, but the fish won't get grabbed.
It occurred after I was spam-buying items in the shop and dropped an extra bridge piece onto the already full bridge.
I am aware of this bug sorry it happened to you(unfortunately I forgot to fix the steak before submitting the game), it will be fixed if we get to fix our games!
Incredible! This is the game I've played for the longest this jam and I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. Chasing upgrades and enjoying the art and music was just a great experience. Excellent work!
10/10 So impressed by the level of detail ^-^ I love the look and feel of the game, this one is a must play.
Amazing colorful visuals, sfx and ambiance. It was very addictive and had me playing for awhile, the other players was also very cool. Most polished game in this game jam :)
Easily the best presentation I've seen so far. The color palette, animations, sfx and music, all so good. The gameplay is also super addictive, having the time the grabs along with positioning the cat in the right spots, reminds me of some platoformer levels I've played in mario and certain sections in cuphead minus the difficulty. The upgrades are also unique and adorable and it fits the theme spot on besides taking longer than 10 minutes to fully complete. So far I think this one takes the fishcake.
I might have suffered the same fate most other developers did, I beat the game too many times and didn't realize people would take more than 10 minutes! There's a lot of optimization to be done but obviously you won't know what they are on your first run. Comparing this to mario and cuphead is such a wholesome comment thank you very much! I considered you getting the full experience of the game in 10 minutes and the statue is just extra if you liked the game!
I played through this twice - immediately hooked. Reminds me of Cat Goes Fishing (Steam) a little - although a totally different game. It's amazing this was pulled off in the time available, and has such an addictive progression. Brilliant, just brilliant. THIS IS MY WINNER EASILY.
thank you! yes I took inspiration from cat goes fishing but didn't like the idea of a fishing rod so I took inspiration from the new super mario bros level with the jumping fish when you're on a bridge and boom you got TTF, top tier fishing. 😎

Ducc has done it again with another Ludwig Jam banger. Absolutely insane the amount of work put into this and it shows! The visuals and sound effects are all really crisp and satisfying, while the game progression feels good. I also love being able to see other players!
make sure to say hi to them by emoting! (only veteran players know how to emote, it is a hidden relic of sorts)
That hardcore grind really payed out. I was really excited to try this one out and it did not let me down. Its beautiful and fun!
