Great gameplay, though beginning is very, very harsh. You have to put buildings in certain order, especially the first two - powerplant and rafinery. Though it's explained in description it would be nice if it would be unlocked in such a way, so that players won't deadlock themselves at the very beginning, because then the game is really fun! Nice presentation, neatly utilised animations, great entry ;)

Thanks a lot :)

Good gameplay, visuals, SFX and music. What could be improved - menu/in-game menu addition, UI, better animation (each unit on the map points to its opponent position).

Thanks :)

It has that Advance Wars feel going on! Nice job! One thing that does take me out of the game is that while everything looks and feels tile-based, the buildings don't "snap" to tiles (e.g., as in C&C), which caused some frustration when expanding the base when it's not clear whether there is space left or not. Interested to see how you're going to expand upon this!

Thanks. :)

Snapping the building to tiles is a great idea, im currently checking for pixel distance from surrounding buildings, which is not as clear as the snap to tiles option you suggested. I'll make sure to implement that in going forward :)

I like the type of game.  i can not realy see a connection with the theme.   and the letter type is a bid hard to read.  I do think this type of game can really be addictive and i like the style (kenny`s there great). you have a nice concept

Thanks. Yes, I found out about the jam one week too late and this was my first experience with Defold as well. So in the end did not have the time to fix the font and UI issues.

As for the theme, its more of a resource and power management game. place one too many buildings and lose all power to the base. Or place one too many production buildings without considering your resources and your army stops generating :)
