Most of the assets were made during and for this jam. I used some code from turtorials and Unity manual (but not much)

I don't get on with bullet hells well, but I found the first line of the game hilarious. It feels pretty janky overall, but I think the only thing I'd call out as a potential issue is the tendency to have enemies shooting at you from offscreen.

Yep it was very complex, especially the continue playing mechanic.

I was a bit doubtful at first, but this is actually a complete adventure with several short level, boss and story progression.  I genuily had fun, thanks for the good time. The BGMs are nice (mention to Noriko's Theme - when piano go bruuhhh), but a bit of sfx would benefit the game though. Also, maybe it was just me, but I was not able to throw any item like the knife, only eating food. Also, serious question, why would a Magical Girl need to throw knifes, Axes and a Shovel to their enemies? =w=)'
On the downside though, the opaque backgrounds with very little pattern (there is rocks and water, but not enough maybe) is a bit hard on the eyes and make the navigation through the levels hard (hopefully there is arrow on the ground right?). For the last level before Noriko, I ended up crawling along the walls until I found the missing enemy.

Also I guess I would have become a gluten free miso soup...

There are a lot of touhou references in this game so if you wonder why knifes then maybe it will say something.

Bullet hells, I knew nothing of them before I starting doing MGGJ, now I feel like I'm slowly but surely being indoctrinated. (I've even made a few now)

This was an interesting take on bullet hell... sort of like a 2D Zelda perspective movement, but with the shooting and dodging. I have to admit, I forgot about the teleport ability almost immediately... I liked the different items and pickups!

The art was charming! In level it has a bit of an MS-Paint look, but it all works well together! The only part that messed me up was the level with no floor texture... walking around while dodging bullets did something really weird to me visually. Without any reference point it was hard to keep track of what I was doing. I also really liked the Ayumu character art in the story segments. The story itself was goofy, but works for a jam game. I got both endings!

Both endings? Woah it really does take determination.

I made many bullet hell games especially with inspiration from touhou.

The teleportation was added to idea like a week before the jam so of course it would be a not-at-all-main mechanic, but the items were in idea from the start.
