I don't get how the theme was implemented but I'm guessing that's because of it's incomplete state. Was fun to see the people ragdoll around after shooting them, would be interested to see what you do with this if you continue.
There are good ideas, I kinda like the twist but I wish there was more to it. Your description looks like a plea for help. Take care of you, and I hope you take time to keep game dev the way you like it!
I like games with message, yet still I chose violence and blasted everyone.

You pick up the gun in the store with F and press 2 to equip the gun, then it's just a mouseclick to fire

I don’t think so, it’s just not greatly executed I guess?
the sensitivity is super high and and movements are bouncy which can get disorienting after a while
