I really like the idea of being the little guy and being able to run around and shoot and then being able to get in the mech! I've always wanted to see more games like that. Overall good job! I was able to get in my mech, shoot them zombies and have a good time.

Went off to kill some zombies, got decimated.  Returned with a mech, enacted revenge, great job!

Cool classic sidescroller style.

I also liked the fact that you can hop into the mech and that if it gets destroy you can try to continue on foot to see how long you can survive, the game also has a lot of feedback with thar screenshake ^^

One thing i found a bit difficult was that you don't seem to have any i-frames when hit so enemies can drain your health pretty quickly, plus the fact that if you let a single enemy get in melee range, you can't seem to outrun them to get back enough distance to shoot them, this means anytime one gets too close it's game over :(

Other than that i still liked it and it was fun to stomp around shooting the zombie horde and see how long i could last :)

Nice work.  I felt that once the enemies got right next to you it was very difficult to unstick that situation but that did give an amount of urgency to keeping them away from you so maybe it worked out.

Also, what engine did you make this in?  I didn't recognize it by the file structure.

Haha, thanks. I used the GDevelop game engine.

How was that?  That is one of the engines that I actually know just about nothing about.

Developer

Pretty good actually. Easy to use.

That was a cute little romp! I think you should include the control in game though since the are not the most standard button layout!

Developer(+1)

I would've done that actually but I got bored in the midst of the development process and wrapped things up at the last moment which didn't give me enough time to include all of that :p. But sure, I'll add them when I update them.
