Really cool concept! I enjoyed playing but could not get far I do think maybe a checkpoint system would be cool. I also really enjoyed the music, it is quite relaxing!

Good work! i liked it, only thing i would have liked to see - are checkpoints, so i dont need to start it from the beginning all the time. And possibly more of a "life time/bounce time" on the balls.

Lovely concept and the use of the echo-effect is put to good use and really well done. Will come back to it and play more!

Really interesting concept that works really well. Loved the idea.

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it.

Really, really great gameplay concept here, and it definitely fit the limitation. I will say that, after respawning a few times, knowing the pathways from before kinda reduced the need to shoot bullets to find my way. If you decided to iterate on this concept, I think randomly generated levels would be a way to go to avoid that. Music and sounds were really great, and the atmosphere was perfect. Sometimes simple art is the way to go, and you nailed it here. Awesome work!

Thanks for the feedback! Randomly generated levels was the original plan, but when I tested everything for the first time I felt it would be too difficult, and wouldn't be very fun.

Well done on the use of the limitation, adding a bouncing SFX would make the game feel even better!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I tried to keep the game in a ZEN atmosphere so I tried to tailor the SFX to fit that.

COOL!

Such a unique premise and well executed. I found it was challenging but definitely possible with a few tries, and definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat. The in-game text, the ripples, the black on black were all very satisfying aesthetically, and I appreciated that it was tuned so that shooting directly into a wall your standing next to doesn't kill you. It made me tune my strategy to try to shoot at acute angles relative to the wall I was walking parallel to.

I found the best way to play was moving through meditatively and cautiously since the environment was unforgiving. I wonder how this game would feel with a limited amount of health and some kind of time pressure (not sure if it'd be what you're going for, but I just think it'd be an interesting twist)

I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Very unique and interesting concept!

Players have to make more enemies themselves in order to move on...

I think the theme and limitations were fairly well expressed.

Developer

Thank you for playing

very cool concept! I really like the idea of using projectiles as a sort of "echolocation" thingy to navigate the map. Very unique and well-designed game!

Developer

I'm glad you liked it. Echolocation was the exact thing that I was going for so I'm glad you caught on :)
