Use of the limitation
We incorporated the limitation as a skill of the player. In the game the player has a magic ball to hit enemies to survive and get score. With magic-ball-stop or smth button "Keycode.Z", the player stops the ball, not time, to make it stand still and attack the players near the ball which makes hitting the enemies less luck based and easier.
Cookies eaten
Hmm, hard question. Honestly, I didn't eat any cookies but I did eat many bars of chocolate :P

The art looks really great. The gameplay has a lot of room for improvement, my first time playing the ball just clipped through the floor immediately and I couldn't figure out what to do, and in my second i just stood still near the middle of the screen and got to 25k points without doing anything. Some sound effects and music would also have helped the game feel better.
The art is awesome, and i liked what you guys were trying to achieve! However the ball was a bit too op, i felt like it was doing a pretty good job without me messing with it.
The pixel art is fantastic!
As for the gameplay.... I stood in the corner and let the ball kill enemies until it glitched out of the map, then got bored, left my corner of invincibility, and killed myself.
Cool concept! I ended up feeling like just letting the ball bounce and not stopping it was actually better, but maybe I just hadn't discovered the best strats.
I like the pixel art.
