Very simple game, but the concept is very interesting. This is a unique take on the jam’s limitation, and it works very effectively. Great work on the game!
This game has a great use of both the theme and the limitation!
I really like that the limitation of the game is ingrained into the gameplay and the concept itself, which is I think really unique! Losing hamburgers to cut off any waste by giving it to customers (during a movie intermission, if I get it right) is a very nice idea to have. Other than that, the issues I have to this game is already discussed much by the previous commenters so I have no need to tell them again. In conclusion, better mechanics and and gameplay could go a long way with this theme and gameplay basis.
The graphics are homogenous which is my favorite part about your game! Otherwise, I think that you could have implement multiple columns for different level difficulties (I stopped at level 4 so tell me if I'm wrong). The idea is not so bad with more variety probably fat people who need 2 burgers etc. There is a bug in which if two clients are too close from each other, one burger will deactivate both and they will only take one burger even if you shoot back at them. I don't know if it suffices them to eat one burger, that is not my point: it is not clear who needs burger and who doesn't. Otherwise, the game idea is great, but its implementation is too simple.
Chucking burgers at customers? Sign me up! Gameplay was pretty straight forward. I like how missing your target results in burgers being added to the pile. Timer seemed a little wonky - at times it seemed to take a few seconds for the customers to show up, and then having to wait for it to run down after getting rid of all the burgers. I really felt like a burger-blaster though. Nice work!
I like the aesthetics. Also I want to find a movie theater that has both intermissions and free burgers.
Interesting concept! I found the collision masks for the people a bit harsh though.
