Nice and cute game with unique look on the limitation. I like this relaxing and nature climate music. For the improvement, you can add information about what hero have in hands. Add some upgrades, more days, shop with new tools, seeds. Sound when something grow. And maybe make longer time to grow plants. Here I don't have to use second row. Btw It is also my first game jam :) Keep going!

nice little farm game was never able to get more then 3 plants planted since they all grew up so fast and had to go gather them as fast as possible.

Great first game! We made a similar game called Stranded Gardens for a previous MiniJam that is pretty similar haha

Cute game! I like the route you took with the theme. I wish I had more direction though as Diarygold mentioned. It'd definitely benefit from a tutorial or a more descriptive game page. I also think the crops grow too fast. The second row was mostly unused because I only have time to manage the first row.

You're completely right! I forgot about changing the growth speed, I would've liked to add a transparent dialog screen at the start with a general explanation / tutorial but I unfortunately did not manage to do so in the time.
I did not think of adding upgrades but that might be something cool to do in a future gamejam :D

Thank you for the lovely feedback, it is good to learn from <3

I like the small window, and I love farming games. I do love the game as it is, so don't take this as a negative critique: I feel as though the game could really benefit from more sound effects, a longer day, and a shop with power-ups. Good job overall though! I could definitely see a small farming game like this being played on steam.

Developer

My intial plan was to have 5 days and have small upgrades like growth speed and value!
But it was a bit out of scope since I made it in 2 days.
Would've been lovely to have tho!

I'm glad you had fun with the small amount of gameplay :D

Nice little cozy vibe. Not a whole lot to do, but what is here is really relaxing and nice.

The MH, PH, etc UI elements confused me at first. I wasn't sure if I was farming currency or something until I saw the day end screen that these were related to different forms of health (physical, mental, etc). Interesting concept, would be nice to display them more intuitively in the UI. Some sound effects for when you pick up and plant the various crops would be nice - at first it was hard to know I was actually planting them until I saw them grow.

all in all, great little concept for a 3-day jam. I really want to go explore the rest of this world!

Thought as much!
Wanted to change the letters into some icon's or progress bars but unfortunately ran out of time :)

Glad you liked it tho :D
