Well done ! I had an issue starting the game not fullscreen I couldn't see the ship. And once fullscreen  think all the enemies were spawning out of the screen.

Glad you did everything yourself :) Game is very easy, maybe enemy should be faster or have more hp. Also, I missed a music and sound effects. For example, when you shoot or enemy die. For me, I don't know does the game end. It will be nice to see some for example vertical bar (like minimap) where your ship was in this road. And on the end of bar something like skull to know about boss fight. I am very happy about your first finish game jam keep going :)

Epic gameplay. Very good for a first mini jam submission. As others already said, sounds would have been cool but it is understandable that you couldn't get them implemented due to the time limit, and gathering assets for your game is sometimes tedious since you don't always find what you need. But the good thing is that you managed to include a boss in your game which is neat. He looks like a green eggplant or maybe a snake head. Doesn't matter what he is supposed to be, he got slayed at the end =D

was there suppose to be audio didn't hear any which made the game a little more bland.
Could have grabbed some free to use music for the bg. But other then that good job to you and your teammates.

Nice art and simple gameplay, I wish there was music tho, but other than that, great submission!
