I think I won the game?

I was trying to stay alive as long as I could. Collecting hearts and candles, then I thought "Oh I'm a ghost!" and flew up forever. Listened to a what seemed like a long song and then heard a fun trombone?

Anyways, loved the art and that there were descriptions during collisions.

Absolutely adore the vintage cartoon style and music, but my god, are those hitboxes unforgiving at times! I was well past those bats, yet still kept getting hit by them. I'd personally also prefer a level (or multiple) with a clear goal and reachable ending, but fun little game nonetheless.

A neat game, played for a while and I enjoyed it!

I loved the presentation. It felt like I was really playing an old cartoon. Gameplay is fun, but a bit too easy because I can always fly. Also, it would be nice to have some kind of goal, or a score system to rally for high scores. Overall, well done!

The art style is really good, I like the rubber hose style. The limitation usage is decent. For a first game, this is pretty entry.

I really love the art! I also found a pretty broken strategy where you can sit at the top of the screen, and then periodically drop down and collect hearts/candles, maybe you can fix this by having the bats appear at different heights so you can't just sit up there? also it looks like you can go infinitely high up
