really enjoyable game! Both the level and game-over musics made me smile a bit due to the contrast with the rest of the game,  i was just a bit surprised not to be able to go past the half of the screen. cool entry !

Developer

I'm glad you liked it! We'll definitely have to do something about the screen limit. It felt weird to let the player go over the entire screen while it scrolls but there are better ways to do what we wanted to, like possibly letting the player push past the boundary but not very far before it pulls them back. Thanks for the feedback!

Nice concept and execution! I found the music choice and SFX enjoyable, added to that dragon experience and made me chuckle a bit every time the dramatic horns came in. And killing the pigeons was really funny. Good job!

Developer

Thanks! We were really getting down to the wire with all the music and SFX so I'm glad to hear they worked out well despite the rush.

Nice, simple endless runner! I think the music was a little intense for the rather chill gameplay but it was fun nonetheless. I think with some more polish this could be really good. Nice work!

Developer

Thanks! The music is definitely a bit unusual but we were going for a big contrast. The art is very cutsie/happy and so the menu music was picked to fit that with a fantasy flair. But the actual gameplay is kind of brutal and we wanted the music to also have that kind of extreme contrast. We probably could do better with the overall consistency between the two songs though. Polish is definitely one of the first things on our list for the post jam update, such as adding an options menu and instructions on how to play in the game as well.

Really cute, quick and fun game lol. Would play it for hours if it were on mobile :p

I'm glad you liked it! We were discussing how it felt like it would be a good mobile game so I'm glad we weren't the only ones that thought that. I've never designed for mobile before but may try to figure that out.

It was cool, solid endless runner, only thing i'd change is the invisible wall on the middle of the screen, feels a bit awkward being there. Flying enemies would also be a cool addition!

Developer

Thanks for playing! We felt the game was a little odd with the constantly scrolling level if you could fly all over the screen so that's why we decided to keep the player to the left side of the screen. There was probably a better way to do that even but we were really running out of time by the end. Flying enemies is a great idea, we might try to figure something like that out for the post jam update.
