the light didnt do what i expected, the game much easier after realization :'v good job for a solo game

Developer

Yeah I agree, the guards and flashlights don't add to the game's difficulty as much as they should. Thanks for playing! :)

fun game!! brought me back to metal gear solid days avoiding the guards. Took me a few tries to get it but I didn't want to stop trying. Nice!

Developer

I'm glad if the game provided a bit of nostalgia for you. :D Thank you for playing!

fun little game, quite a bit buggy but fun!

Thank you! :)

Neat little interpretation of the Theme. I managed to complete the game with one second to spare!

Well done for getting a randomly generated level working in the time period.

I did notice a bug that sometimes guards would spawn in the wall.

Developer(+1)

Thank you and congratulations for the tight completion! :D I didn't come across the spawning bug, so thank you for the report also. Should be educating to fix it.

Cool game, I liked the time limitation put on the player. I think if you included something like a dash it would really push home the speed factor and make the player feel more in control of their pace, but overall I enjoyed it!

Developer

Thank you! I actually had a dash mechanic on the way but decided to cut it as I didn't have time to properly implement it. But yeah, I do agree with you. :)

Half the game I enjoyed a lot, and the other half was walking down a corridor because the guards kept looking into the walls. With some bugfixing this game can truly be something awesome!!!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for you encouraging words! I agree, no wonder the inmates keep escape with so incompetent guards. :D Making better working enemy AI:s is definitely something I should learn in the future.

Very neat game!
Sometimes it felt impossible to beat the level, as if I spawned too far from the key, but I'm not sure.
Some sort of indicator showing the general direciton of the key, would have been nice, but over all it was fun, I really felt the pressure of the time-limit.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! An indicator is a really good idea. I should look into how to implement one, just to educate myself. Thanks for playing! :)
