Interesting incremental game! I like the opening and how you were inspired by plants. I was not clear on the pricing or effect each upgrade had on the plant and eventually reached a point where I bought all possible cells, chloroplasts, and mitochondria and had nothing to do but wait to eventually accumulate enough energy to buy a new leaf pair. Wasn’t clear if there was a more specific goal.

Simple! Interesting use of the limitation, too.

I didn't understand the control, look like nothing happen in my screen :/

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I'm sorry you ran into issues. If you don't mind, could you let me know what browser you were using?

Using Firefox up to date on windows :)

Cute and fun little clicker game. Some explanations of what produces what or what you will need in the future (grayed out next bonus or something) would help a lot. My sugar economy was in shambles at the start so I made all the cells and I believe they drained my sugar more

Developer

Thanks for playing! I was worried parts of the game might not be very clear, so this is great feedback. Thank you!

I really liked the concept of the game. I feel like the game needs a bit more explanation about the buttons, the recipes and I also didn't understand if the game actually has a defined ending, my plant went past the screen so I left it there. Other than that the game feels very cozy and the music fits it perfectly. My girlfriend loved the game.

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! Haha yes, the plant going past the screen was supposed to signal the end. I'm hoping the updated ending will feel more conclusive :) I'm glad you both enjoyed the game!

A bit of explanation of the different costs and uses of the things you can do. I was not able to have a positive production of sugar and so I needed to click. I did not finished the game as it felt to tedious.

But I've seen that you will add more, I might come again. The game has good potential !

I had the same issue after my own play test XD I'm planning to add upgrades that can balance out the resource production. Thanks for your feedback and for playing!

Hi Jammers, thanks for checking out this submission! Although I didn't have a chance to add the final scene, the game "ends" after you help the sprout reach its full height. Please come back after the jam if you want to see the conclusion of the sprout's journey :)
