Good presentation and concept. I love the level of effort put into the accessibility aspects of the game and the overall game design. The choice of difficulty at the very beginning is a good move for games of this style, but I missed having a percentage counter to know how many leaves are left, which would help me better manage my time during the playthrough. Thank you for the experience!

Thanks for playing! Definitely how many leaves remaining/where are they is something I want to work on improving. There is a leaf counter on the pause menu, but it would be better to have something constantly visible. I'm also thinking about adding an arrow that points towards the nearest leaf, either constantly or once there are below a certain number of leaves.

Tons of fun with this, love the concept, hope you expand upon it more this has lots of potential

Developer

Thanks! I'm probably going to do at least a small update on the game after the jam to add a couple of features and a little more story/how-to-play elements. I'm not sure how much we'll be adding exactly, but definitely have a couple of ideas.

Interesting take on the survivor like games

Developer

I'm glad you found it interesting! We wanted to try putting a new spin on the genre that wasn't just a copy-and-paste of the classics.

The fact that you made this game in two different jam but decided to release it at the same time without getting any time advantage, i'm pleased to see that.

Good game gg also good soundtrack

Developer

Thanks! Submitting it to two was actually a fair amount of fun since it added a few more themes/challenges to keep too. It really helped give us ideas and direct where we went with the concept.

The way you obtain new upgrades and power ups is great and addictive, made me replay the game a few times to experiment with the items, well done! Also I like the artstyle a lot!

Great job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks! We were really pushing last minute with the art especially so I'm glad you liked it.

This was a great cozy experience all the way through. Upgrading the mower was satisfying along with clearing the leaves, and the music fit the mood perfectly.

Developer

Thanks for playing! I'm glad we were able to nail the cozy vibe.

It was super satisfying to see all the leaves disappear faster and faster as you upgrade the tractor! I also thought it was a visually pleasing game. Great work!

Developer

Thanks! :D

I had a lot of fun playing this! It was so satisfying using the drone to sweep up a bunch of parts! All the animations had a good amount of juice to them.

It would be nice to have a compass upgrade which shows you where any leftover grass is located.

Great work!

Developer(+1)

I'm glad you liked the animations! A compass upgrade is actually a great idea. I added a remaining leaf counter to the pause menu to help but an arrow pointing towards leaves would be huge. Even knowing where the spawns were, I would occasionally struggle to find the last leaves haha

This was really awesome! A lot of fun, I got super absorbed, the levels were great! Good work!

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it and that the different levels ended up being a good touch.

Enjoyed this! A little visual feedback for the menu item being hovered on when selecting an upgrade would be nice. Either slight color change or slight growth of item when hovered.

Developer

Sorry about that! I wanted to add simple animations to make them pop out a bit but I ran out of time. I also did make a color change for them but it only seems to take effect when using a controller. My goal in adding it was to make it better for controllers so there's that at least, but not sure why it wasn't working with the mouse. I'll have to take a look at that and fix it after the jam.
