Cool game!

I didn't realize there was a mechanic for color attunement until I was about halfway through the game. I like the idea of it though. I noticed that enemies seem to spawn based on player location, and that lead to some of the archers being out of bounds sometimes.

I like that there are different abilities. Shield was my favorite. Energy use for abilities seems like it could be tuned a bit. I only tried the dash a few times, because it drained energy so quickly. Same with the projectile attack.

I felt bad for the golem being constantly berated :(

Overall, good theming and mechanics

Cool to see a story in a jam game, it's rare to see one of these. The game was cool, I liked the way the golem animations looked, the shield one looked rad!

The mana colors mechanic added a bit of too much latency to the combat, but other than that, good stuff

Interesting concept!

One thing I liked was the feeling of relief when I encounter a group of goblins, essentially acting as a health pack in a time of need. Were one of you inspired by Ultrakill by chance?

The one problem I keep on encountering is how powerless I am against ranged weapons. I could use the missile, but it costs mana, and I have so little mana at the start that I am forced a bombardment of arrows. The player feels powerless in that way, which deson't fit the feel of the game. That's just a small nitpick though.

The story was quite interesting as well.

Overall, very cool ;)
