Use of the limitation
The player can flip a coin at any time during the game, which gives them one of two abilities for a brief amount of time, those abilities being a short invincibility and a time slowing ability. Additionally, the player can refresh their combo meter by flipping a coin

It is with great regret that I inform you, that not a single cookie was eaten during the game's development. (Unless pancakes count, in which case I ate some killer pancakes)

The overall quality and art is just absolutely insane as a fellow pixel-artist I was super inspired by yours and would love to make something as clean one day, the concept is super well executed, died at 1k point in hard mode :) the art & animations are just top-notch, congrats !
A very polished and enjoyable game! A perfect blend of the theme and the limitation into a well-designed and well-balanced gameplay. There is much to like, but I especially enjoy the gradual pace of difficulty build-up as well as the details in the animation and the sounds. Kudos ^ ^

Nice to know I'm not the only one who made a game about a fox thief :)
Got 2550 on hard mode! really well put together entry, it's a creative arcade idea with good feedback, art and music, and I liked the implementation of the coin flip! How the result turned out made me change up my route for getting the gem. The combo meter also makes you move fast and really use the coin mechanic, Great work all around!
