Pretty fun to play and the game feels quite solid.

Although the music was good, it needs some adjusting as it sounds a bit harsh at times. I also had some mild collider issues in level 1 but I guess it was okay after I got into a rhythm.

Picking up the big bin needs more work as I ran in to many weird issues such as them disappearing or getting stuck to the player.

Overall, I think its a great game that just needs some more polish. Nice work!

This game was a lot of fun to play! It's pretty polished as well. Well done!

Thank you very much!

A hectic UPS simulator I didn't know the world was missing! I couldn't help but imagine this as a multiplayer overcooked style game! I think it needs a few more developments to make it more engaging, like changes in the environment that make getting the boxes from A to B more challenging.

Developer

Thanks very much for the kind words!

Overcooked was what inspired us to make this, so I'm glad that's coming across well! We were deciding on a few extra elements early into development, but forgot to future-proof our code, so things didn't exactly plan out. Something to learn from in future I suppose!

Thanks again! - John

Ohmyglob that was stressful! It's a good thing I read the description first before the game, else I wouldn't know the controls. I enjoyed the game a ton, despite not getting higher than 1 star lol. The sfx, music and art complement the overall quick-paced atmosphere of the game well. If you don't mind, I've got quite a few suggestions.

When the player is gonna pick something, maybe make a little circle/arrow/symbol to show what the character will be picking. Also, when I accidentally picked up the laundry basket, I couldn't put it back to its original position, which throws off my personal strategy. That's just a tiny thing tho. A warning for the player when there are 15 seconds left, or a warning every 30 seconds, would be great too. A good way to alert the player that it's almost time is by making the music crazier or louder, adding a certain sfx, or making the place flash red like a siren. Just to make the game more stressful and at the same time make the player more relieved that it's over. Another one is add a limit and its indicator to how many bins are given/left, which could mean that the player can(hypothetically) finish early. I would highly suggest making a short tutorial or instruction panel too. Despite this long comment, I really liked playing the game and the concept overall. It's a great fun game, especially considering the 3 day-limit.

On a side note, the game reminds me of Overcooked(a very stressful multiplayer game), because of its concept but a lot simpler and not multiplayer.

Thank you for the feedback. All of your suggestions sound good which makes us think we may release a little update including all those features and maybe more.

As for saying it's like Overcooked, we take that as a massive compliment as that's the game we were drawing inspiration from. We were planning on making it loacal multiplayer but ran out of time.

Took me a while to figure out the controls, WASD was an easy guess but to figure out how to pick up bins I had to mash the keyboard until something happened. The concept was quite simple, empty little bins into corresponding bigger bins. I would make the pick up button something other than E as due to my clumsy fingers I somethings hit E when trying to move UP which dropped my bin (frustrating). Make pick up SPACE instead.

Perhaps add in a mechanic where the Bin workers come and empty the big bins every so often and pay you cash depending on how much trash is in it, then you can use the money to buy more bins or hire someone to help you. (probably more work then the 72 hours allows).

Overall I liked it. :)

Thanks for the feedback!

Apologies - my fault about the lack of controls. I completely neglected to put them into the itch page for it. Will get that done now.

I like your idea about bin workers/bin bags, but as you say, it's a bit more work than what we could do in 72 hours!

Thanks once again for the feedback!  - John

I have no idea what the controls are in this game...did not see anything saying what they were.

Developer(+1)

Apologies, that's my fault - we got the page done at around 1 in the morning and I was quite tired when I made it. Controls are on the page now. Thanks for letting me know!

Updated the rating now I know what was what! I like the concept of the game and the pressure it puts on the player to move quickly and focus!  Good job!
