Interesting game! I enjoy how you added logic to the story, such as with the cloud-platforms getting smaller because of low air pressure. I thought that was super creative. Here are some suggestions if you wanted to improve:

1. Make sure your text has some sort of background to it. Even a transparent black would be nice. In the tutorial it was sometimes hard to read with the clouds moving past the text.

2. The jump felt extremely slow, this slowed down the entire pace of the game some, it does work but it could make the game feel better if it was faster.

3. The window scale appears to be off with half the score on the top being cut off, this could just be an issue on my side but you might want to look into it some.

4. Some particle effects when landing or jumping could also help to improve the overall game feel by giving everything more of an impact.

Overall fun game, would enjoy to see a post jam version that continues to work on it in some way!

Thanks for all the feedback! I will eventually come back to this and add some particle effects and speed up the jump/fall. As far as the score, the game is supposed to be locked to 960x600. And it seems fine at that resolution. But I’ll look into it just in case or just modify it to allow wrapping text

Awesome job!

Simple but efficient!

The slow motion of the ring is a bit suprising as it makes it more difficult to predict when to jump and to reach the next cloud.

Great game! The ring falling super slowly took a little while to get used to. I also kind of agree that there should be some goal. It gets a bit trite if you just play without any sort of direction in my opinion. Add some sort of progression system/developer high score/medals and I think this game would be a great mobile game!

pretty easy once i imagined all the clouds attached to rubber bands

Interesting way to go about it

Quite simple game, the art could be improved a bit, i've seen what you did there with the clouds (gotcha). but all in all, this had me playing for a while, it's very entertaining!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, admittedly, art is a very weak point for me. I feel like jams are slowly helping with that.

Simple, fun, works well. Would be nice if I had more goals-- For arcade-style score games like this, it's always nice to have a "developer's high score" or something to beat. Good job!

I've played this game a whole bunch. My highest score was 201 because of some nice RNG. :)

Overall a simple concept but it works and it's fun. I loved the art and music. Good job 👍
