I loved the concept! I challenge you to go even further with it. The character right now works the same as the mouse would do in a tower defense, but maybe you can add more interaction to them and add more mechanics related to top-down movement :D

Ae, finalmente um jogo br pra mim escrever em pt hauhauahuahuahua, bem, gostei bastante do game, eu fiquei um bom tempinho tentando passar, mas achei os anjos um pouco fortes demais, eu literalmente não consegui acabar com nenhuma onda de anjinhos, e foi o que me impediu de finalizar o jogo, mas ainda sim me diverti tentando, parabéns aos envolvidos. :^)

It was a fun tower defence game (kinda reminded me of a mini-game from ff7!) Like others, have said, if you do come back to it it would be cool to see you integrate the character a bit more into the gameplay.

Cool! Others have said this but I feel controlling a character doesn't change much, unless you wanted to go the route where you have to dodge your own towers
Hi! Thank you for your feedback. The idea was to eliminate the boredom of a tower defense when the player already have setup a few towers. Collecting coins and build turrets manually is something that helps a little. I wanted to make the character shoot too, but didn't have enough time. Although I feel this is not the solution. I'll figure out at some point. But definitely don't want the player to fear their own towers haha.
Minha análise crítica sincera sobre o game Mortriz:
O jogo em si,já mostra uma característica divertida de se jogar. Por bastante tempo em minha infância joguei jogos desse tipo,onde necessita impedir dos monstros ou qualquer um que seja de alcançar o outro lado. A direção de arte do jogo está impecável,achei muito bom para um jogo como esse,os personagens sem mesmo ter nomes ou história são lindos de ver. A trilha sonora deste jogo também é assustadoramente linda,na minha mente pelo menos,mas acredito que seja épica como é mostrado na gameplay. Sobre o momento da gameplay técnica,achei bem dinâmico e intuitivo,da para aprender facilmente como jogar e as torres tem um desing incrivelmente lindo. O personagem que nos jogamos (que seria a representação da morte) me parece ter alguma ligação com o impedimento da chegada dos anjos no final da estrada,mas não foi muito bem contado como ele acabou ali,talvez mais pra frente tenha alguma historia e talz,seria bem bacana tambem. De qualquer forma,para mim,esse jogo é o melhor de puzzle que já vi em toda minha vida. Se tivesse como colocar as estrelas,eu daria um 5. Fim da crítica,e parabens aos desenvolvedores,mandaram bem!!!

In love with the art style, pretty fun tower defense mechanics, i loved how the towers look and their tiers, however, the top-down genre part feels a bit forced, i mean, the character is cute but would be fine if I could hit enemies with the scythe or something like that. But is really good for having only three days to work on it so really great job and awesome graphics and menu effects by the way! ^^
Thank you for your comment. I actually agree with you, it would probably be more fun. Our first idea was really for the character to throw the scythe or just do a melee attack. But we focused on tower defense first, ran out of time and I didn’t want to put shooting mechanics, without balancing with the rest.

Great game! Although, I didn't hear any sounds. I saw in the credits that you listed someone as sounds, but I just couldn't hear them if they were there.
