Love it ALL, the music, the sfx, the particle effect, the AI.
I also found out that sometimes the bullet hits and invisible object on the left.. but I just thought it was the gun getting jammed.
Well Done 🧐👍
I like the concept and loved how the sound bytes added to the experience but I also ran into a few issues like other comments suggested:
But in the end I did enjoy it and you got a nice rating from me :)
thanks for the feedback. i gonna rate your game too. i have been busy with another project. yes , what a shame all these little bugs. always something to fix in unity lol . thanks for feedback.
Looks good and especially sounds good. I was a bit confused as to how to win though. Good job!
The voice acting was nice! I was able to shoot enemies while outside of the their range to follow the player.
Very juicy game with epic music. Nice work!
Great game ! The particles and other effects make the game look really good!
The graphic/sound design of this game assaults the eyes. From the Mario64 font to the voice over "Out of Ammo!", there is so much mis-matched style. Using a large fixed resolution is a bad choice (Not everyone has a 4k monitor). Gameplay is ok, shooting red boxes isn't very satisfying and the inability to shoot left is bonkers.
I'm really glad you included music and I love that you have voice overs. If that's your voice, even more kudos.
I don't think I like the game very much, but I love that you made it. It is certainly one of the most interesting games I've played in this Jam.
Neat game, sadly the horde crushed me :C Only complaint I have is that ammo is crucial, but it seems like the only indicator is the audio cue, which makes the game hard to play without sound.
When you kill the big horde of enemies in the long corridor, is that the end or did I miss something. Fun game tho :D
yes, you cannot win , you can only have a epic death lol , not enough time to do more .
I killed those poor bastards. I kited them up and down hehe
lol
Cool game, would be really fun with some more work. Good job!
thanks
I really loved the sound bytes. made me laugh. this was fun. feels like it could be a really solid game with some more work. good job!
cool game but the graphics were really good sometimes and not as good other times(the art syle changes quite a bit)
The effects and sound are great. Also the gameplay feels really good. The color palette is a bit wild. ;) But nevertheless a fun submission!
I played your game. color palette is excellent. I see the pro :) and i am getting there slowly... where do you take your color palette ?
Hard to say. There is no page I use for finding the colors I use. A good start may be to look into complementary colors and color analysis to see which colors work together. In the most cases less is more. I hope this helps. :)
Amazing game. My only complaint is that when you die, you go back to the "DevLab" Screen.
Well done!
I think the music is really good and I really like the particle effects, it really adds a lot. Also I think the sound effects of the voice is cool, although the voice seems to change, which feels a bit strange as its the same character speaking.
When I shot and have the gun rotated to the top left, the bullets collided with the player and were not shot out. I also think that it was a bit unclear how I won a level, did I need to kill a set number of cubes? Or did I need to stay alive for a set period of time. Showing this with either a timer or score I think would help.
thanks for feedback :)
Cool
