Pretty cool concept ! Maybe need a tad more clarity on how the goblin moves but there's a lot of strategy here!

This as a local party game would ROCK, I can already see myself screaming at my friends to stop planting weeds in my yard - and subsequently not being friends with that traitor anymore

Eyyy thanks a lot ! Would be curious to see how many people finished the game, we wanted to make sure it was achievable by everyone ^^

Thank you !!! That means a lot, we definitely were experimenting with the art direction but I'm glad you liked it :)

Thank you! It was definitely a big goal for us to have the drinks be a motivator be a reward in seeing the models :)

This is super fun ! Love the original twist of stealing neighbors' defenses, really fits the theme :)

Thank you so much !

Thank you so much ! Means a lot especially from you! Your game is so nice and polished its kinda insane

Phenomenal for a jam game! Respect for the trad 2d animations ! Well done

I really enjoyed this, got a bad time I think but appreciated the main mechanic, felt quite unique!
The graphics are very cute and it all makes for a v wholesome experience, GG!

Pretty solid for a game made in 2 hrs! Well done :)

Pretty fun to swing around :D Felt a bit hard to get the timings right but once you got it it feels good!
Maybe the walk is too slow, walking back to the place where you can grapple felt a bit frustrating. GG overall

Thanks ! :)

Hey thanks ! That was the intention ^^
We'll discuss continuing development maybe, thanks for the feedback!

Thank you !! Glad you enjoyed :)

Game feels really good, you can really get some good momentum going :D
GG

Thanks that means a lot :) We'll discuss continuing for sure !
I'd love to check out your game!

Thanks a lot!
You make some good points, thanks for being so precise. This feedback is going to be very useful if we decide to bring this forward after the jam :) Glad you had fun

Hey thanks ! Good feedback, seems like one of the big things we overlooked ^^

Man this game is so polished and nice to look at, loved playing it!
The use of collectibles to hint at the path to take is really smart! GG

The game looks great and the animations for the biker feel super responsive and dynamic! I think the camera choice is interesting but makes it harder to control on m + keyboard. The ground feels super slippery sometimes and your bike will just drift to narnia but overall really fun and unique entry ! GG

What a creative game ! Love the fact that it turns the concept of a rhythm game on its head, lovely backgrounds too. Well made :)

Thanks that means a lot! The feedback is super appreciated, I think you're nailing most of our issues on the head - would love to fix these if we continue to work on it :D

Really ambitious project! Felt really good I would just say aiming was very hard and felt random some times. Powerups were a nice addition!

Couldn't get controls to work, looks like its meant to be for mobile? Game looks great though :)

Very addictive gameplay! Had to restart until I had a decent score! Loved the amount of options in the menu, always nice to be able to turn down volume. Graphics are fun and enjoyable music and sfx!

I'm just not sure you can really speedrun per se but it's just a detail

Very nice concept! Demands good reaction times. Can't really see the speedrun potential though :/

Hey, thanks for the feedback ! We hear ya, some aspects can get frustrating like the range, we should definitely look deeper into that should we develop the game further. Thank you for sticking to the end ! No worries you didn't make it across the bridge it's fully understandable ^^
33 mins for a first try is no joke!

Yeah, falling foreeeever x0

yeah I figured with the bhop. It makes sense that I was so bad, I've never played a source platform map x)
But it's just a small detail for me I still really appreciated it !

(1 edit)

Oh man I love this game, it's so simple but really well made. The simple lightning and background really gives a serene atmosphere and you feel oddly attached to the blue ball. The controls feel fair and responsive, the blue thing that appears when you click is super satisfying. I wish there were sound effects and music because that would be awesome.

The final section feels really emotional, great storytelling !

Edit : I'm an idiot there's music I hadn't plugged in my headset

This game is great! I feel like the jump isn't too hard or unpredictable which feels great. The small animations and level design are tasteful and add some nice charm to the whole thing. I'm legit terrible at it though ;-;
Realizing you could spam jump later was great cause now I want to start over to use that x)

Holyyy the graphics and music are soo good!
The gameplay felt satisfying and fast paced, happy to have gotten on the leaderboard!
Maybe the dash direction control felt a bit hard to use. Great job!

Art and lighting effects are quite well put together but the game felt a but too easy. Got stuck on an elevator.

Overall pretty decent but need a bit of polish

Very rough around the edges but original movement and can appreciate the pixel art. Good job :)

Hit the egg, did no damage, found a sword, found another sword, hit the egg did 50k damage, flew away.

10/10

Nice main menu, it's a shame the game is so short there could have been some interesting mechanics with the controls.

Loved the art direction and the story, though I was admittedly too bad at the game to see the end ^^

Crazy good polish! Loved it even though I wasn't very good ^^
Everything felt smooth and satisfying, the level design was super creative and felt like there were a bunch of shortcuts possible with the super dash mechanic. Excellent work!

The walk animation got me laughing x)
Nice controls, felt pretty responsive to the level design. Overall nice graphics and polish, good job!
