Use of the limitation
Your character is a die and you "roll" it as you move, the game requires you to roll into correct values to progress.

Actually none, but a lot of chocolate!
How was your experience with Mini Jam?
A great learning experience for me (coming fresh to Godot and back to game dev after a long time) and it was an interesting theme. I am both very happy but also disappointed with what I got. My scope was way too big so I have barely any content, but I loved making it!

The atmosphere is amazing! It's really creepy and I love it. I got stuck here on my playthrough:
Thanks for playing it!
The solution there is kind of hidden by the "front walls", I wil have to tweak that.
This was great! You mention that you were focussed on atmosphere and visuals, and it's paid off, it looks really impressive. As has been mentioned in other comments it's refreshing to see a game where dice are used in a non-random way, and it led to some fun puzzles, particularly in combination with the directional floor tiles.
Glad you enjoyed it. I am quite happy with it, but also feel like I wasted too much time on experimenting with visual stuff ^^
Thanks for playing it!
This game is really well done! It was a very clever way to use dice in a non-random manner. It also created a good atmosphere for dread! One thing I would note is that I got lost at first for a pretty long time because I missed the second switch. It might not hurt to make it a little more visible, or putting a hint nearby. It could even be something screen dependent, so maybe some kind of brightness slider could be a helpful addition (or maybe something that adjusts the opacity of the walls). Still, I enjoyed the game overall once I got past that, great job!
Thanks! I did not have much time to and fine-tune it, I can understand the issue.
I struggled also with how to do the walls "in front of you", I will have to tweak that for sure.
You can really feel dreadful by the visuals and sounds. The gameplay is also great! Good job!
Thanks for playing it!
