Awesome game! 3 difficulty settings is nice to have. Nailed the theme! UI , SFX , and graphics were all solid, super polished. Loved the blur effect when passing through doors. Also patrolling AI and stealth mechanics! wowow! Seriously amazing job on this game, would love to see more.
Finished normal mode on 108 death, 1300 seconds.
Very well made! A stealth game really becomes something else when you add "shadow clones" to it, congrats on putting these ideas together.
The browser version has a big audio delay.

One of the best implementations of the jam limitation. I gave up on 7 level, but believe that in the second part of the game you added a twist and the player can kill guards using his shadow )

But I didn’t implement the feature you were talking about in my game, and I am genuinely curious what made you think I did? It’s pretty interesting though so I might do something with it !
Because it sounds logical for me :) For example, why is my shadow following me, but other guys don't have a shadow? Ok, only I have a shadow, but why is it killing only me? So, that's why I supposed you did it. Like you all game hiding from the guards, you agree with feeling fear front of guards, that twist, when the shadow started killing not only you but guards can flip the gameplay and can be described as developing of the main character. I hope I described the idea clear :)

5/5, this is an amazing game! The only things i would change is 1. The difficulty. I couldn't get past level 4. 2. This is more a personal opinion, but i think the font looks kinda old and this is a really futuristic game, so i would choose a more modern looking font. 3. Maybe make the field of view of the square enemies more visible.
Other than that, amazing submission, it doesn't really fit the theme, but is a creative way to incorporate the limitation.

Thanks a lot for the detailed feedback ! The difficulty of the game was definitely the hardest thing to make right for the Jam. Since I made the game it's obviously way easier for me than anybody else but I'll try to do some more balancing.
I tried your game some time ago btw. I really like the concept, it kinda reminds me of escapes rooms , I think it could be amazing if you made some puzzles you would need to solve while trying to escape your brother.

The game seems very hard as I could not pass level 3. This may just be not being very good but i genuinely do not know how to beat the level.
Hey thanks for trying the game! For level 3 you just need to turn a corner and make the square lose sight of you to make it stop chasing you. Sorry if this was not very obvious, I might make some changes to make it so.
Really cool game, with some nice visuals and a great, classy concept.
However I often encountered the issue that I died right at the starting point as soon as I pressed a button. It seemed to happen ever other death.
