I think this is a solid base for expansion post-jam. The presentation and sound design was great!
Thanks! 👍
Good visual and sounds! But 8 seconds in start... its hard. Good game!
Thanks, collect more paper for more time :D
i like the art style, and carl sounds like a really cool guy :D i have to agree with the other commenters though. it gets a bit repetetive after a while, maybe also because it’s a bit too easy.
Thanks, we'll probably be launching a full version with harder levels, this is just the Game Jam version :D
I like the simplistic look and the music, though it got repetitive rather quickly.
Due to the level being small and the timer increasing with every folder collected, the game quickly becomes stagnant and kinda boring :<
Btw, it needing to setup was mildly annoying :|
Thank you! We'll try to add some more levels 👍
thanks for the comments! Great feedback
I really like the look of the game and the flashlight looks really good. It kinda starts to get repetetive after you know where the paper spawns though, especially because the level is rather small. I think that with bigger levels or random spawnlocations the game wouldn't start to get repetetive that fast.
Thanks! We'll probably make a full version with different levels 👍
Aww I love the cutest little art style and the intro. Was really hoping for a cute little image of eating cookies once I got to 30!
Also, were their plans for the flashlight to be a bigger mechanic? The lighting/flashlight were really well done and I was curious if you added them just for the aesthetic, or if you had a plan for them!
I suppose it was just for the aesthetic, the office was meant to be dark since it was closing time and the player was staying in so he needed a flashlight to guide himself around.
