The use of the theme is really clever! And the fact that the menu buttons still have the functionality available really takes you into thinking what to do next. I had a tough time with the difficult level, but when I figured it out, I felt really proud hahaha. The jumping feels a little bit risky sometimes, maybe you should give people more raction time.

I really enjoyed concept! Very interesting and well thought idea. I liked that players have to figure it out by themselves

Developer

Thank you!

I thought this was fantastic, and with a bit of polish could be an excellent game! The presentation and concept are brilliant, but once I'd worked out what I was meant to do I did struggle to execute the solutions. I found the menu being a platform and punishment depending on which button was pressed to be really engaging (though I must admit I found the exit button became frustrating fast). Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed the small part of the game I was skilled enough to complete!

Developer

Thanks a lot for the feedback. The difficultcurve and the  movement aren't as good as they could have been and truly need some more work. But i'm glad yoz enjoyed it.

Very clever idea but maybe you could have made it a bit more user-friendly.

Developer

Thanks a lot, we know that the game is not super easy to control and could have needed more work in that regard, but sadly we didn't have enough time for that.

The simplistic way you took I love it, love the colors and the music. The concept of this game is pretty amazing and something to expanded truly. The only issue I have while playing was that the controls of breaking  of the pause menu buttons was that it could be messy if you keep spamming. Overall nice work :D

Developer

Thank you, we kinda liked the way the Buttons pile up and get messy it forces you to think about what you are doing but i can see how it could be viewed as an annoying feature.

Genius. At first I said "Why is this game so broken?" Then slowly I started seeing how it all works. BLAST YOU FOR BEING CLEVER!

Developer

Thanks :)

Interesting concept. A bit confusing at first tho!

Developer

Thank you, and a turtorial is on theTo-Do list

Cool concept. Music is really calming

Developer

Thank you for playing!

Wow, incredible concept! The game is very interesting and quite difficult, great game.

Developer

Thank you!

The concept is good but it has problems,  aside from minor bugs, the game is not intuitive and needs coyote time.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback. It's true the game does lack a turtorial, we sadly didn't have the time to end one in the end. I had to google what coyote time is, but you are right it would feel better if we added it, we tried to make it feel better by makeing the players collider bigger but coyote time would have been the better solution.

As the others already mentioned this game provides an original idea (ingame menus as gameplay objects) and the mechanic is pretty neat! The music is also quite relaxing :)

Some kind of tutorial would be a big improvement here as I didn't know that I can actually move the menu buttons.

Overall, a quite good mini game with future potential!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback!

As i already said in another anwser, we sadly didnt have the time to create a turtorial. We are not the best puzzle level-designers, so most of our time went into creating the levels, but a turtorial would have defenetly been needed.

Cool concept. Moving the buttons around seems a bit finicky at times and can be frustrating. Perhaps the player shouldn’t collide with buttons when taking a break?

Developer

That is a very good point, we added collision during the break because we wanted to add levels that make use of that feature we didn't get to build them sadly. But in heinseight i can see how it can be annoying.

Really unique and interesting concept! Sometimes I got a little confused about when I was allowed to move or open the menu. Think this mechanic has a lot of potential though!

Developer

Tanks for playing the game!
We tried to show that the game is pause with an as small as possible UI-Text as to not block the view of the level because you need to see the Level to move the buttons. But you are right, we should have added another indicator for the break that isn't textbased.

Hi. Your game is very interesting. I realle love the idea and think it is very original. The problem that i saw is that the menu and the use of the blocks is some confused... But, if you end up the presentation in the menu and the advices in the game it will be very enjoyment.

Developer

Thanks you for the feedback, the game is indeed missing some sort of turtorial and the difficulty curve isn't really helping it. We sadly didn't have the time to add a turtorial, thats why you have to figure the mechanics out by yourselfe, if we work on it further a turtorial surely is one of the first things we'll add.

This is the most interesting mechanic I have seen so far in the jam!

Small nitpicking, maybe add some delay when button been stepped on. I was confused with the situation at first.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback :)

It's true we pretty much leave all the mechanics unexplained and the player has to figure them out himselfe, but sadly we didn't really have time for a turtorial anymore.
