Aesthetically pleasing, but not mechanical enough.
 It was possible to make different locations, guards,
shooting positions, buttons, buildings, etc. in the some kind of 
puzzle genre for example/

Cool idea! It was satisfying shooting the targets, and having to lead them due to bullet travel worked well.

It's pretty funny that the random people didn't care when the targets died right next to them. :)

This game seemed pretty fun although I felt like it was easier to just kill everything until I hit the target, maybe you should add a bigger downside than the panicking?

Quite a fun game, I thought damage is random at first until I read description. But it felt like accurate simulation. Sometimes the target dies in one shot, but sometimes he needs more. Also I liked that shots sometimes pierce and sometimes collided with target.

Very fun! Others had good comments, my contribution is maybe if there were some different types of enemies it'd be even more run. Like maybe some enemies kill bystanders and you have to take them out quick, some stay away from you in the back rows, stuff like that.

The graphics are simple but very nice, I image it would be very fun if the projectile had physics/gravity and you had to calculate the trajectory. Also there should be a punishment for killing bystanders

Interesting concept, I enjoyed aiming and shooting felt very tactical.

I do think it would be more fun if there's a punishment or negative feedback for when  I kill a bystander(Lose money or lose game)

I like how art is simple but still interesting and enjoyable.

Yeah, I racked a 35 person body count, and was then like, now what? A timer would add finality, even if it was the same level over and over, like, how many baddies can you kill in 5min type of thing! Can you beat your previous record? etc.

It seemed a little easy and panic didn't spread enough to my taste, but I think with some parameter tweaking this could definitely be hugely fun!

Very enjoyable game, calm and just the right difficulty. Got down to 1.3ish bullets per target after starting the game by shooting down a few bystanders... Oups!

however i think i did not fully understand how to fail in the game?!

Hi! Thanks for playing. There is no explicit failure condition but there is an opportunity to become better with your shooting. ie can you shoot all the targets without hitting any bystanders? But yeah it's a bit open ended at the moment.
