Use the downloaded version if you want the music to be in-sync. The game has a multi-track music system that seems to get desynced on the html version. Sorry :(
Throughout the game you are forced between two dimensions, in which the magnetic poles are flipped.
You use your magnet tool to push or pull yourself to avoid enemies.

I found it tough, but once I started noticing a few tricks on where the enemies would appear it became a fun challenge!
Great work and lovely art here too, the gameplay felt tough but mechanically well built - only nice to have ask would be if I could activate my magnet whilst firing the gun! Would be fun to zip around whilst shooting :D
There was a build where you could shoot and use the magnet at the same time, but I chose against it because I liked having to choose between fast movement or shooting. Thank you for your nice words!
Great game bro! Its a bit unfair, but looks really polished and the idea is super cool! Also, i loved the visuals and sounds.
Really enjoyed this game gave it a few tries, my problem is probably the same as other people in that it's very punishing in certain rooms you insta die before even getting a chance to shoot, though some levels you get lucky and get through a few lol great game feels polished all around except for the balance but it's not like that can't just be updated later! Would love to play it again in the future!
First, the art music and gameplay feel are great and super polished. I like the ideas here and the enemy design is good. My only critiques are it feels like the player moves a little slow, I know that's the point of the magnet is to help movement but it also doubles as aiming so Its difficult to evade enemies. I wish I used the magnet more. Lastly, kind of following up on that, the level design is a bit punishing-- there is one or two layouts where the enemies spawn right next to you and almost instakill you if you aren't immediately ready. I ran into this often and only ended up getting to level 5. But overall with just a little balancing, I would want to play this all the way through nice job!! 🤠
Its true, I didn't have a lot of time to balance. A lot of the levels have a strategy to them (oftentimes that strategy is "get to a safe corner as quickly as possible, and don't miss your shots"). If I lock in and really focus on the swapping mechanic, I can consistently get to level 7. There's no end to the game it just randomly picks levels forever, more of a high score/arcade type of game.

Pretty dang fun, I was confused at first, but that's because I didn't go to the game page to read the instructions first. I was walking around at the super slow speed wondering why I was so slow, and then I pressed right mouse and I understood XD. Simple fast paced fun.
Yeah I would have loved to put instructions in the game, but I got busy polishing other things.
I spent an embarrassing number of hours just on the scrolling "Hi-score" text at the bottom....
the game is really fun :D also i really like the visuals
