I've never heard of this game before but it's gorgeous! I will check it out, thanks for the rec!

Fair feedback, I did worry about that happening but also sort of liked the irony in it. I'm glad you enjoyed the game regardless!

Super fun and unique! The art is stunning!!

Awesome work! Super original and fun!

Saw this on a stream. Really nice work! I could never make a puzzle game lol.

Was a little confused but once the laws of physics came in I was hooked. Nice work recreating a balatro-type feel!

Nice game! I got stuck on the gravity box puzzle after the ball shooting game. I did get a pretty good score on that game tho (136)

Thank you so much!!

Thank you so much for playing!

If you feel inclined to come back, you can make it to the end even with every game on the slowest setting. Just make sure to tend to your pixel pal.  Frog-et Me Not is mostly useful for getting money early-game and way too hard to get power from later in the game so you can just ignore it and other harder games.

Thanks for playing!!

You don't know how much it means to me to get some love for the save system haha. Thanks for playing!

Was super cute! The game froze for me after level 4 :( maybe it's because I clicked away briefly? Web builds are always buggy.

Great work for a first ever project!

If you can believe it I was hoping the game would be way longer haha.

Thanks for playing!

Your game is great btw

Thank you so much! I'll check out your game when I can!

Thank you so much! The lag is from the 8 audio assets loading in, the 4 buttons and 4 drums. I didn't have time to implement preloading of resources (one of those things you should set out to do from the start, and it's hard to go back and fix later on) :((

I loved your game btw! Every game should just be a bunch of little games!!

There was a build where you could shoot and use the magnet at the same time, but I chose against it because I liked having to choose between fast movement or shooting. Thank you for your nice words!

One of the best games in the jam. I found it quite easy to get glitched into the wall though but I love all the polish and animations :)

Its true, I didn't have a lot of time to balance. A lot of the levels have a strategy to them (oftentimes that strategy is "get to a safe corner as quickly as possible, and don't miss your shots"). If I lock in and really focus on the swapping mechanic, I can consistently get to level 7. There's no end to the game it just randomly picks levels forever, more of a high score/arcade type of game.

Thank you for the feedback :)

ah localization woes :)

Love the color palette and art. Controls were confusing and I wish everything moved a little faster. I beat the game!

Yeah I would have loved to put instructions in the game, but I got busy polishing other things.

I spent an embarrassing number of hours just on the scrolling "Hi-score" text at the bottom....

I figured it out, the button to change polarity is mapped to Q not A. That'll do it :)

I was on the html version, I've had problems and inconsistencies with html5 godot exports in the past, I'll try the download. I'll record a video if it keeps happening.

yes I did

It happens! Gotta check those edge cases :)

Nice work interpreting the theme and special object. Love the music!

Toggling polarity by pressing "A" doesn't seem to work for me however and I'm not sure why. Sorry :(

Very creative! For only knowing Blender for <2 weeks the models and textures were great. The concept is very fun too, I only wish the placement of objects was randomized every time (if I put the magnet in the bottom left I got a weapon/safe every time).

As far as feedback, I would only request that the fishing part is faster paced. If you hit a fish, you spend a lot of time waiting just to gain back speed with no real risk. Waiting around is never fun, and inflicting boredom is not a valid penalty in a good game! Maybe instead of losing speed when you hit a fish, lose points? Or maybe it just takes you back to the previous screen and you have to start over. Just my opinion though :)

Great work team!

Fun!

I only wish there was a background of some kind so I had a reference for where I am and how fast I'm moving.

It's fun to dodge the attackers and use the repel at the right time.

For a first game it's a great start! I hope you learned a lot :)

Cool concept! It was nice seeing something in 3D.

Great sounds!

I did glitch through the floor and get softlocked tho.

Fun mechanics! I think it'd feel a lot more fair if the cubes had friction (so they don't go sliding away so easily).

I liked the song in the beginning as well!

Looks like a good start! Animations and textures are really nice.

Art and Audio is great! The gameplay concept seems really fun as well. Would love to see a full version of something like this.

Super fun! Loved the audio shifting in different dimensions.

I realize now that it was my fault, I recently installed a chrome extension that messed with my inputs. Nice game!

Thank you so much. We worked very hard in those 2 weeks!

Of course! I think one approach is to somehow make it so very little happens until you use the right ability, and then a lot happens very quickly until you hit another bottleneck. In that sense it sort of becomes a puzzle game. However maybe that's going too far away from the clicker/idle genre.

For some reason I could only move left? Maybe I missed something sorry lol

I loved the standing up intro animation. No clue how I would implement that myself other than manually coding it in.

Really nice to see something that feels like a complete package! I only wish there was more of a challenge.
