I didnt know what was happening at first but after I got that.I started looking around and boy did it look beautiful.Love games like these

Developer(+1)

Glad you enjoyed it! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the environment as you kept playing, that was the goal I had in mind when I first started developing.

The game looks really pretty!
It took me a long time to figure out what I was even supposed to be doing, it somewhat gives a mysterious feeling, but more than mystified, I was just confused.
It was pretty satisfying to see the growth going on once I did get a grasp on the game, though. So maybe what you'd need is just something to direct the player early on - even if it's vague and mysterious direction.
But even when I was confused I was still pretty entranced by the environment. You really nailed the aesthetic on this one!

Developer(+1)

Sorry that it was confusing! I really wanted to emphasize that the player could really do whatever they wanted, which is why I was a bit vague. Some more direction would've probably been good to add at the beginning, now that I think about it. It's probably not super obvious what the point of the game is to players. I'm glad that you enjoyed it despite that!

Yeah, even without super clear direction, it was still a lot of fun!

Cool and simple game, i love how things start appearing felt really like making life

however shooting mechanic is weird, im just clicking most the time nothing else

but i love it i made sure to plant 10 trees before leaving :)

Developer(+1)

Yeah I mostly wanted to focus on the growth mechanics when developing, and unfortunately didn't have enough time to add the other content I wanted to include. I was thinking of going and adding some more features after the jam ends to make it more immersive.

Neat little idea. Maybe adding a shop or something to buy different types of plants/flowers. As well on my machine there was some weird graphic issue on some sprites it would show a line on the edges

Developer(+1)

The shop idea sounds interesting, I hadn't considered that before. I think I know what the graphic issue is, I myself noticed it but couldn't figure out how to fix it since I separated the sprites the same way but only had the issue occur with a select few sprites.

It's cool to play around and make your little Eden, but I wished there was some more interaction or consequence to the elements the player placed in the area.

Example: grass could attract cows, but too many trees would eventually spawn wolves that could eat the cows, etc.

Developer(+2)

Yeah there were a couple of things I really wished I could've added to make the game more consequence-heavy, but unfortunately just didn't have the time to. I might add some more to the game after voting ends.
