I loved it! I'm just too clumsy to win this type of games, but it got me hooked since the beginning!

It's pretty useful that the enemies leave trails so that you can see their movement. Though, I would've liked more control over wielding in the hook (like hold down to move) or for it to move faster. Perhaps making the movement physics based (ie add gravity) could be interesting. Faster respawning would be nice as well. The trigger for unlocking the allies could be bigger as well, now you have to come in from a very specific position.
Nice grappling hook based game. Not much to add that other commenters haven't already mentioned. I like the level run through at the start so you could see what you're up against. The lighting and colour scheme were nice, but the UI and menus could use a bit of touching up. Overall, a really good entry.
I love there is enough feedback for the player, which greatly increases gameplay value. It would be great if the hook was based on some basic physics model - so enable you to swing, for example, would have been a lot of fun. But overall I think it's a well-rounded game experience!
Feedback is really nice. Pistons feel and sound great, when they squash wall they hit.
I got scared by the skull, not sure what it was supposed to do. At first i thought that I died.
Whole package is well polished, from menu to the end. Great job!

skull is "the big evil boss" and he scares you through out your progress, i made it like that so i can put horror into it tags ;)
Good game! Really liked the gameplay and controlls. I feel like if the hook velocity was higher the game would feel more energetic and dinamic, but awesome job!

The hook mechanic is kinda rough around the edges - there's not inertia or hanging from the hook or swinging. You can just stop midair and levitate.
But the concept is good, just needs some polish!

i didn't find any good into making hook dynamic like have a swing it's pointless since traps enemies are playing the (make game hard) role

Really neat concept! Cute characters and music were very interesting. I agree with others that the hook/movement speed could be a little faster, if anything because it makes retries a bit of a slog especially since snap movement decisions are needed but hard to make. Either way, great job and I can tell a lot of polish went into it!

I really like the concept, and liked that I could zoom in and out to get a better look at things. I do wish that the movement with the hook was faster, though. It would have made the game feel more intense in my opinion.

The concept is really neat! And the usage of the art assets is quite nice, on the visual aspect I especially liked the lights work.
The only and alone issue on your game is the speed of the hook, for me it gave a too slow paced to the game, so if you rework on it, I advise you to speed up the hook.

Interesting central movement mechanic that everything else revolves around. I think that the speed for throwing the hook could be faster. Good game, I had fun playing it.

Nice level design and 2D lighting. I think it could use a checkpoint system but I might just be bad.
Thanks, i thought restarting from start point make it better since levels are short (except level 2, it's long and annoying) you can finish the whole game in 30 mins without checkpoints, with checkpoints 5-10 mins idk that's not what i want
Good new idea. It think the movement would feel better when the hook flies faster and that pull in speed stay at it is. But overall a funny little game. :)

Very cute aesthetic! Love the camera panning, options, and the fact that you keep the keys you get. Felt a little awkward having to wait for the hook to fly now and then, I feel like the shot should be faster and keep the pull-in the same speed!
Thanks!!! i found most people waiting for their player to finish pulling themselves until they throw hook again which isn't good idea it was meant for player to know they can stop at any point while they pull themselves i will update description to at least give players acknowledge about it , also hook throwing speed have to be faster than player pulling speed since players are heavy (just a little dumb detail)
