the puzzles were amazing i loved this game
I thought this was really clever! Creative puzzle platformer, although could use a couple quality of life adjustments like being able to manually progress dialogue and skip the tutorials/cutscenes following death. Quite fun though!
Really cool art and presentation. Way too much text for my liking, specially since I failled a couple of times it what seemed to be the tutorial for the barrels, a lot of text explaining the controls at the very end of thoses texts and they were shown again and again on death.
Yeah good point. Next time we'll add some checkpoints to avoid that. But if you do decide to play it again...you can just press E on the spots where the lever will show up and skip the text. You can call it a "dev feature" for debugging those levels.
I kinda got stuck on a level so I might not have gotten the full experience but it was pretty fun!
I enjoyed this game's dark sense of humour, but found it pretty frustrating that the cutscenes replay when you die. That little nitpick aside though, you have a cool puzzle platformer here with a lot of polish. The last level took me a few tries, but I had a fun time. Love the character's sprite and his little squishy jump animation. A bit of coyote time on the jumps would help though, it can be a little too easy to slip off a ledge.
I just looked up "coyote time" and this is a very good suggestion. I knew the feeling of jumping was not right but I didn't know why. Thank you for playing.

Thanks for trying it out. I think making levels easy has been a challenge since we progressively get better at the game as we make it. But glad you liked it.
I love the jump animation of the little player, it's adorable. The game is rather hard (/ω\) I died many times, the poisoning is too fast I think lol
But the little animations, the noises and the background music are awesome, you guys did a good job!
Thanks for playing. Tuning the poisoning might lower the difficulty in a bunch of our levels.
