I like the idea for the game and, while simple, the graphics were good. Making the bumpers take up the whole space would have made it a little more fair since you can kind of ride the middle line the whole time (at least in easy and medium difficulty), but this was a cool entry.

Really great entry, especially for your first jam! Graphics are very nice, concept is simple but really fun to try and master.

Sometimes it was hard to tell where the hitboxes would be since they didn’t entirely match up with the sprites of the bumpers, and I think even just a couple sound effects would make things even better in terms of game feel, but I really love it overall :)

I ended up getting a 37.34 on Hardhard on my last try!

You got yourself the basis for a pretty fun game if you continue to work on it. It is a bit too easy to squeeze between the bumpers as they approach you though, especially if you use the lines as a reference. Still, pretty neat!

I did 35.70 on my last try on Hardhard.

I was not completely aware of the hitboxes, for example when I position myself in the center I eventually get hit but I'm just surprised when it happens.

However the game is fun to play, the max speed feels right and the lateral speed feels right too. I also really like how the game looks.
