Does your game contain AI-generated content?
2 shaders and maybe 20% of the code was written with AI assistance.
How does your game fit/incorporate the theme of the game jam?
For an extremely long-lived entity without a physical form - which is how neuro is supposed to be in this game - memories would eventually become the only remnants of the past.

I really hope you update this project after the rating period, I LOVED this battle system! Is genuinely a really cool combat mechanic, and would love to see in a full game!
I'm definitely considering it, though I'm not sure when I'll find the time with the number of other projects I started and don't want to abandon.
The game seems ambitious honestly I think the combat is confusing and hard to strategies without having to hunker down to find the optimal attack. That being said it is very interesting wishI could have seen more
Can't deny that the combat isn't very welcoming. If I made this into a proper game you definitely wouldn't be thrown into the deep end like this, but I was ambitious and as a result I ran out of time to include any kind of proper tutorial.
Time is cruel in game jams. I think a lot of what you're proposing is very interesting, the combat system in particular is super innovative!
Yeah, I had to a choice to make the combat simple, but probably lacking in depth and get everything ready on time, or try to come up with something unique at the risk of running out of time for everything else. I made a choice, and I doubt I'll do well in the game jam itself because of it, but I might revisit the mechanics in the future.
This game has a lot of systems.
Integrity does nothing and it can go to negatives.
I like the background.
Exploration works but it doesn't have anything.
I can't understand anything about the combat.
Next time be careful of scope creep, you have a strong foundation so good luck in your next project.
Thanks for playing. I explained the combat on the game's page, since I ended up not having the time to make a proper tutorial. It's a bit unfortunate that the way itch.io is set up you can download the game without ever seeing it.
Actually I did see the game's page description and read the whole thing, maybe I didn't pay enough attention to the tutorial, I'm playing a lot of games in the jam and learning controls can be a struggle if it's not something typical.
