  • The swinging mechanic is so much fun! I loved the art direction with the color palette -- it was simple, but it was intuitive and engaging enough. It was super enjoyable to play, and I can definitely see a load of replayability in this one as well. I think employing these mechanics in a larger game would also be a good call -- they're truly fun and dynamic, but I do think the novelty might hit a peak and then taper off, unless the concept is merged/broken up with something else. But what a fun little game! It truly stuck to the theme as well, if with a very literal interpretation (hey, it worked). Very nice work! Also, I always recommend a music mute button, even though the soundtrack wasn't grating or anything.

Nice game, I like that you used the color pallet given to us and I myself enjoy the length of the game as I'm trying to play as many games as possible. Great work! :)

Developer

thankyou!

Nice idea! I love how the wire are moving and how you can control it!
I would make the character catch things automatically. I would ease the game a bit and enjoy even more to connect wires!

Developer

i did think about this actually, could be a really nice touch to add to the fluidness of gameplay!

Simple but good concept. Kind of an easy to learn but hard to master experience which is great for a speedrun where every little move matters. I think the controls should be refined to feel a bit more fluid if you continue the development process. I like the music and the graphics as it has a nice retro vibe that resonates with me. Overall the game is great and fun.

Got a time of 2:25:029! Its fun and polished. I think some easier key binds to press would have been nicer, but other than that good job!

Developer

solid time! and yeah will for sure look into the keybinds!

Fun game that looks and sounds great! Controls were a bit difficult to get used to, I wanted to jump with W while using the mouse to grab and E and R were hard to press while using A and D to move.

Felt smooth & thought the assets were super well integrated !

That snappy wire connecting is so satisfying. Really like the concept of the world too, felt like a tiny person in a circuit board

Developer

im glad you enjoyed it!

tiny quick game, little puzzling. Guess it's for speed run? (I'm about 1min 46s)

Developer(+1)

I like this game but I wish it was longer

Developer(+1)

i would for sure be interested in making the game longer if time permits, but for now i think the shortness of it will have to do for the jam! maybe ill crank out something though :
