Wow that was really an amazing entry! Everything was crystal clear, which is a crazy task for this genre within such a resolution and 2 colors. Loved the polish, the animations, the music, the gameplay... Everything was so well done, fantastic entry all around! Huge congrats

Wow his game is perfectly polished, with extras. The music is poppin', the gameplay is smooth, all together its very very fun. I love that the stage is bigger than the viewport, imo this makes it feel more dynamic and exciting.
Very cool shooter game, with progression and unlockables! Fun game, it's impossible to play just one game and stop.
The fact that the playable area is more than the screen height makes that game even more cool.
The onscreen elements are easy to read and you made a good use of the contrast. However it seems you used some kind of blur effect on some sprites?
I am immensely happy with your feedback! I tried very hard so that the game was not just another generic shmup game. About the "blur effect", I believe it was due to the export to HTML5. In the desktop version it is much more faithful to Nokia's resolution.

A really fun and addictive game, with fantastic visual flair
Plays similar to space impact, it would have been cool if there was a variation in the levels and bosses, but it was cool that the boss had a defend state rather than just blindly shooting it.
A major flaw in shump games, in my opinion, is just the fact that you just sit your finger on the shoot button. I tried to get around this by putting this blocking state on the boss haha.
As for the levels and bosses variations, we really didn't have time to prepare for the jam, but it would be a great idea haha

Nice work! Love particle effects, and the theme is pretty catchy too. I like how the theme and the sfx interleave, it creates its own kind of rhythm

Controls feel reasonably good, pixel art reads well, and the audio sounds authentic for the 3310. Visually, though, adherence to the jam constraints is poor. Some sprites are drawn with alpha transparency and some graphics are anti-aliased, resulting in far more than 2 colors. Graphics are not drawn pixel-aligned, breaking the illusion of an 84x48 pixel display.
Hey, thanks for the feedback! I agree with you, the look is not as faithful to the Nokia 3310. But this is due to the HTML5 export module, I still don't know the details of how to get it right at this point. However, I strongly recommend that you play the desktop version, I worked hard to avoid anti-alias and other visual flaws, which do not happen as in HTML5. Thanks again!
Gostei do jogo. É bem simples, como é para ser já que a proposta é essa, e também viciante. e desafiador. Relembra os clássicos dos jogos de nave do NES/SNES. Parabéns ao desenvolvedor e ao músico do game. Ah se eu tivesse esse jogo na época do nokia, o jogo da cobrinha perderia a vez para esse daqui.
Eu adorei jogar este jogo. Estava simplesmente incrível e com uma pegada tão simples da antiga interface que tínhamos no celularzão :3
