Right on, man! This game was fun. I found the main mechanic pretty cool (🥁). I struggled with the platforming on some sections. Almost like the spikes hitbox were too big? Also, you kinda have to have these "a-ha" moments to get through some stages. I could see some players spending a lot of time figuring out some things.

Of course, all of that can be improved in a future version. I think this is worth exploring as a full game (even if a short one). In the end, the two birds kinda gave me a Fire Boy Water Girl vibe. Maybe a multiplayer mode with 2 characters could happen?

Anyway, great game! I'm inspired.

Thanks for playing and thanks for the feedback. Yeah, the hitboxes are too big on this game. We will make changes on it soon to adress this and some other issues.

A muktiplayer mode sounds neat! Thanks for the idea. I was right now discussing this with Vomni. He likes it too. We will talk later to see how we will proceed with that.

I did not expect someone would do a freeze mechanic that actively handicaps your movement.

The level design fleshed out the freezing mechanic. I slowly gained an understanding of the duck's "powers" and I had a lot of fun doing so.

I do think the platforming is a bit tight, but I beat the game regardless.

My those two ducks live happily ever after, 10/10.

Yeah, we will work to change somethings and make the game a little easier on the platform aspect soon.

Fun concept and great execution! I managed to beat all the levels and enjoyed the cutscenes. That last level was rough, but I finished it after a couple of attempts! Nice work!

Really fun! It stood out to me how well you managed to introduce the mechanics gradually and in their simplest forms before building on them in later stages. Also, the art was cute and really well made—in particular, the duck's jump and fall as well as the ending images were impressive. Keep it up!

I wasn't sure what to expect - but the starter levels tell you how things work !

Nice level setups, game controls and animation ! I like the backspace deadlock breaker :D

Some of the timing was pretty tricky, I eventually hit a level I just couldn't get past - still enjoyed it though !

It has the freeze theme as well :D

Yeah, some of the levels are way to hard. You can blame Vomni for this.

Well... some of them you can blame me, like the 7th level... but you sure can blame Vomni for the level 15. That level is a b**** to beat. Also, that's the last level, if you wanna know how many there are

For real laughed out loud at the title and the premise, funny as hell. But the game delivers too, fun little puzzle with interesting mechanic I've not seen before. Only real problem for me was that the hitboxes were kinda unforgiving, which is shame because the fun in solving the puzzle/level design was kinda hindered by repeatably dying because I was little too close to a spike. But small problems, I still had fun.

Thanks for playing! Yeah... The hitboxes ended being a problem we could not solve in the end for lack of time. Because we decided to start late, we opted for letting the hitbox being also the size of the sprite to save time. This kinda backfired when I drew the frozen sprite bigger than the player unfrozen one.
